Shipping policy

 

  • Shipping costs within The Netherlands are 4 euro per package and shipping is free on all orders within The Netherlands of 50 euro or more.
  • Shipping costs outside of The Netherlands may differ from country to country, you can find the costs on the PostNL website. Shipping is free for worldwide orders of 100 euro or more.
  • When we receive an order we will try our best to process it the same day. However this will not always be possible, in which case we will inform you of the expected date of processing.
  • We will send the package via PostNL since the packages almost alway fits through your mailbox and this saves you some cash.
  • Please be aware of entering the correct home adress since we are not able to change this once it is processed.
  • You will receive a track and trace code once the package is send and after this point we are not responsible for the package anymore, therefore any issues such as breakage are to be discussed with PostNL.

Return policy

All of our items are hand made and some are made to order. Therefore there could be small differences in the items compared to one another. We hope you are very happy with your new Neru Jewels item. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your new piece of jewelry and you wish to return the item, please read the information below carefully:

  • We allow you to return your item within 14 days after purchase. When 14 days have gone by since the day you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • Before sending us your return please send us an email with all detailed information to info@nerujewels.com
  • In order for us to refund your purchase, the retuned item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
  • We will send you a return form via e-mail in order to start your return. Please note shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as you immediately after receipt send us en  and the parcel has been mailed back to us within 1 week after successful delivery. please note that wear and tear in the course of use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
  • Please take extra care to read the care instructions given on our website, we cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the given care instruction have not been followed.
  • Please note earrings cannot be returned for hygienic purposes.
